Because the items are made especially for you, please check the delivery time carefully in the item description when placing an order.

PREORDER allows Zoë time to hand make each piece. Please allow additional time for shipping after preorder deadline. All pieces are shipped RoyalMail first class. 


Unfortunately due to the custom and handmade nature of the items we are unable to offer returns.

We make sure to wrap everything with care for delivery but if you would receive your item damaged please let us know immediately. We will offer you a replacement or refund.
